AMEND line 32 by striking the word and figure "three (3)" and inserting in lieu thereof the word and figure "five (5)"

AMEND FURTHER, line 37, by inserting the following immediately after the period:

Upon the death of the person to whom a special license plate or windshield placard has been issued under this section, the executor, administrator or personal representative of the estate of the deceased shall surrender the special license plate and any windshield placards to the tax collector. It shall be unlawful, punishable as provided in subsection (5) of this section, for any person, after the death of the decedent, to use or attempt to use the special license plate or windshield placard issued to the decedent.

AMEND FURTHER, line 115, by striking the words "the removable" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "a"

AMEND FURTHER, the title, line 5, by inserting the following immediately after the semicolon:

TO REQUIRE THE HANDICAP LICENSE TAG AND ANY WINDSHIELD PLACARDS TO BE RETURNED TO THE TAX COLLECTOR UPON THE DEATH OF THE PERSON TO WHOM SUCH TAG OR PLACARD WAS ISSUED;
